Immediate Start : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Design) Exp- 1-2 yrs to help build the design team.

You are a great communicator, a cheerful person with interest in employer branding or creative hiring campaigns

• You’ll own the hiring pipeline end-to-end, working closely with the Design team to bring top creative talent on board.
• Sourcing from LinkedIn, Behance etc.
• Maintain pipelines, schedule interviews, and deliver great candidate experiences.
• Track and improve hiring metrics on speed and quality.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
