Ecommerce Data Strategist

The Ecommerce Reporting and Analytics Lead is a key role in driving business success through data-driven decision making.

About the Role

This position involves building robust data reporting systems, automating data flows, and translating business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is technical and business-minded, comfortable working cross-functionally, and eager to grow into a leadership role within six months with mentorship from the current Head of Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and similar tools.
• Create user-friendly dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
• Integrate and analyze data from platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Develop and manage systems for data storage and organization using tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Automate reporting processes using scripts and APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive teams to deliver insights and answer key business questions.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all reports, systems, and dashboards.
