Description

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers / entry-level candidates to join our team as Ground Staff in India. This role involves assisting passengers and ensuring smooth airport operations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.
Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Provide information and support to passengers during their travel.
Coordinate with ground services and other departments for smooth operations.
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure cleanliness of the aircraft.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of airport operations and procedures.
