We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company across APAC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, three to five years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with key stakeholders across various departments.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively sources, screens, interviews, and schedules candidates from both internal and external sources ensuring that recruiting practices comply with company guidelines.
- Develops and maintains the applicant flow log within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) positions.
- Develops and implements sourcing strategies for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, associations, etc.
- Maintains a strong frequency of communication to both hiring managers and applicants on the status of the position.
- Utilizes advertisements in appropriate media and trade journals and social networking sites to attract candidates for all positions as needed.
- May participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to obtain a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives.
- Consults with Manager and HRBP's on current and future staffing needs for key or high-level professional positions to identify job requirements, potential applicants, and interview guides proactively
- Provides ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Provides point of contact to all 3rd party vendors for contractor positions. Inputs requisitions into UKG, maintains candidate funnel, schedules interview and processes the new contractor hire to onboarding
- Supports global hiring when needed
Required skills and experience :
3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar roleExperience recruiting in a Software Environment and / or OrganizationExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with Social Media, CV databases, and professional networksAdvanced experience in using Talent Solutions and Naukri to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred skills and experience :
Experience recruiting in the USA or Europe is a plusKnowledge of Ultipro / UKG applicant tracking system
