Company Overview :

LXME is India’s first financial platform designed exclusively for women, empowering them to

take charge of their money through learning, investing, and community engagement. LXME

offers simple, jargon-free financial solutions and a vibrant community to help women achieve

financial independence.

Position : Intern

Location : Mumbai

Duration : 3 or 6 months

Stipend : Rs 5000 per month

Department : Marketing / Partnerships

Reporting To : Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
  • Help create and manage Partners / users for LXME’s platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deliverables.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance LXME’s women-focused financial initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Requirements :

  • Current student or recent graduate in [Business / Marketing / Finance / Communications

    • / Related field].

  • Strong interest in women’s financial empowerment and fintech.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
