Job Description

Monitor diversified aspects of construction project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute finishing works such as masonry. Plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery and faade treatments.
• Oversee interior fit-out works including partitions, flooring, ceiling systems and MEP coordination.
• Interpret architectural and interior drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design intent and material specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants for timely for timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily / weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
