Project Manager

to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Wings Design, you’ll lead design and branding projects from start to finish. You’ll act as the key link between our creative team and clients—ensuring seamless communication, strong execution, and timely delivery.

You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects while keeping everyone focused, informed, and on track.

What You'll Do

Project Planning & Delivery

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

Create detailed project plans and track progress

Ensure quality, budget, and deadlines are consistently met

Team Coordination

Work closely with designers, developers, and strategists

Facilitate collaboration across teams and resolve roadblocks

Monitor workloads and keep the team aligned with project goals

Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Provide regular updates, present deliverables, and gather feedback

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate project documentation

Share progress reports with leadership and highlight risks or opportunities

What You’ll Need

2–3 years of experience in a

Creative / Marketing / Advertising Agency or Design Studio

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
