Principal / Senior Designer

We are seeking an exceptional  Senior Designer  to join our global team, supporting the U.S.-based Marketing and Communications team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality digital design solutions that enhance buyer journeys and drive engagement for sales, relationship managers, and U.S. business units.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in creating dynamic, visually compelling designs tailored to business goals, with a particular emphasis on digital channels, including social media, email marketing, corporate website, and interactive experiences. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical mastery, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across time zones.

Core Duties

• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders to understand project objectives, develop creative briefs, and deliver designs aligned with business needs.
• Design innovative, high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, email marketing (Marketo), social media, and multimedia content.
• Publish and manage website content using the Umbraco CMS, ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Create engaging slides and designs within Digideck, supporting sales efforts, pipeline growth and lead conversion initiatives.
• Develop concepts that resonate with B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with EQs brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements.
• Present creative concepts, iterative designs, and final outputs to U.S. stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
• Produce motion graphics, videos, and animations, including developing storyboards and sourcing relevant visual and audio elements.
• Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and other marketing and communication materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, particularly in digital and motion graphics.
