Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to build, maintain, and optimize high-quality web experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with a refined sense of design, ensuring visually compelling, high-performing, and scalable Webflow websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable, and visually polished website using Webflow, including interactions, animations, and CMS collections.
• Collaborate with Designers, marketers, and product teams to transform Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD designs into fully functional webflow builds
• Optimize site performance, SEO readiness, and accessibility across all pages.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing Webflow sites, including CMS structures and dynamic content.
• Integrate third-party tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Memberstack, analytics platforms, etc.) as needed.
• Implement best practices for page structure, reusable components, and clean class naming (ideally using systems like Client-First / BEM).
• Conduct quality assurance testing across browsers and devices.
• Create documentation for workflows, components, and Webflow CMS setup.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth launch cycles.
