Job Title : Operations Lead – For a Consumer Durable Industry

Location : Mumbai, Thane, On-site Role

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Experience : Minimum 3+ years

Reporting To : Manager of Sales

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and streamline operational processes for our consumer durable products. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective sales support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations.
  • Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational activities and resolve process-related issues.
  • Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability.
  • Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in sales support and backend operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP / CRM tools preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
