Responsibilities :

As an ETL + SQL Developer, you will be expected to :

• Design and Development : Design, develop, test, implement, and optimize ETL processes using industry-standard tools and techniques to load data into the data warehouse from various source systems.
• SQL Expertise : Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for data transformation, reporting, and analysis.
• Data Integrity and Quality : Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all ETL processes and the data warehouse. Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms.
• Performance Tuning : Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data loading processes, applying performance tuning techniques to ensure high efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for ETL processes, data flows, data dictionaries, and data models.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Report Developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing data warehouse and ETL systems.
