Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and implementing effective visual displays in-store to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This includes creating appealing displays, window setups, and in-store layouts aligned with brand standards and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies for the store and displays.
• Create window displays, signage, and in-store layouts that attract customers and highlight products.
• Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to align displays with promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor and refresh visual displays regularly based on trends, sales performance, and seasonal changes.
• Train store staff on maintaining visual standards and brand presentation guidelines.
• Provide feedback and insights on product placement, presentation, and customer engagement.
