Sr. Java Engineer / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Engineering Background :  Proven experience across multiple technologies and system architectures throughout career.
• Leadership Experience :  Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of  45 engineers ; experience in mentoring, code reviews, and project ownership.
• Backend Development Expertise :  Proficiency in  Go (Golang)  and / or  Java  for building scalable backend systems.
• Database Skills :  Strong knowledge of  PostgreSQL  and  SQL  for schema design, optimization, and data management.
• Cloud Experience :  Hands-on experience with  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)  services, deployment, and monitoring.
• Compliance Knowledge :  Familiarity with  data privacy regulations  such as  GDPR  and  CCPA , and experience implementing compliant solutions.
• Soft Skills :  Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
