We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to head Digital Growth & Lead Generation across NxtWave’s products. The role involves leading channel managers, optimizing multi-channel budgets, and driving consistent, scalable lead generation to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Own end-to-end digital lead generation and conversion strategy.
Build and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, etc.).
Manage large digital budgets with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Drive SEO, content marketing, and growth experimentation initiatives.
Implement attribution models and real-time dashboards for decision-making.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and executives.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
8+ years in digital growth / performance marketing (PAN India level).
3+ years of experience leading multiple digital marketing channels or teams.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing performance metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
