Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the .NET framework. The selected candidate will oversee development projects, manage teams, and collaborate with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET C# , WebForms , and SQL Server , with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using ASP.NET C# and WebForms .
• Work with a cross-functional team to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimize SQL Server databases and write efficient queries.
• Act as the primary client contact for the client regarding project updates, demos, and feedback.
• Provide post-deployment support and ensure application performance and security.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Manage a team of developers, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor junior developers and help them grow in their careers.
