About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global marketing team and an innovative organization embarking on the next phase of its growth. We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing both static and motion graphics that effectively communicate complex ideas and enhance the visual appeal of our B2B SaaS products. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and branding strategies to create engaging content for various platforms.

This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, and Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Animation : Create static graphics, animations, explainer videos, GIFs, and promotional materials tailored to the needs of B2B SaaS marketing campaigns.
• Concept Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize ideas and translate them into visually compelling designs.
• Storyboarding : Develop storyboards to outline animation sequences and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Video Production : Produce high-quality motion graphics videos from concept to final production, including scripting, illustration, animation, and editing.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Software Expertise : Utilize industry-standard tools for creating motion graphics and static designs.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other designers to deliver cohesive multimedia solutions.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
