Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, based in Bhandup. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing contracts, and evaluating project budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include cost planning, tendering, preparing bills of quantities, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that projects meet financial and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget management, and cost analysis
• Experience in contract management, tender handling, and quantity surveying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction practices, measurement techniques, and project management principles
• Proficiency in project management tools and software related to quantity surveying
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in high-rise or commercial construction projects is preferred
