Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist to lead and support the implementation, customisation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer data platforms (CDPs), data integration, and customer journey mapping, with a passion for driving actionable insights from customer data.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, web, social, etc.) into Customer Insights.
Develop unified customer profiles and segments to support marketing, sales, and service initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build dashboards and reports.
Customize and extend Customer Insights using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide training and support to internal teams on Customer Insights capabilities.
Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices for Customer Insights and related technologies.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (minimum 2–3 years).
Strong understanding of CDP concepts , customer data modeling, and segmentation.
Experience with Power Platform , Azure Data Services , and Dynamics 365 CRM .
Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Power Query).
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights are a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in retail, financial services, or healthcare industries.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning capabilities within Customer Insights.
Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
