Vridhi Finserv Home Finance - Senior Business Analyst

This role will lead strategic business analysis across housing finance operations, focusing on digital transformation, LOS / LMS platforms, and AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a techno-functional expert who can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, identify and evaluate strategic partners, and drive innovation through AI and automation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across lending systems to enhance process efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements, document processes, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert for LOS / LMS platforms, mapping end-to-end lending workflows and identifying areas for automation or improvement.
• Analyze and optimize lending operations including application processing, credit evaluation, disbursement, and collections.
• Evaluate and onboard technology partners, vendors, and SaaS providers, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, and documentation to support development, testing, and implementation.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting project updates, business cases, and insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and RBI / NBFC regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor performance metrics, create dashboards, and track success of digital initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 5 to 10 years in business analysis within BFSI,
