Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at LALIT TUTORIALS, located in Akola. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, evaluating student progress, curating educational materials, and fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, the Lecturer will provide academic guidance to students, participate in curriculum development, and collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in subject matter and proficiency in delivering lectures effectively, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver educational materials and resources, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field; teaching certification or similar credentials is a plus
• Previous teaching or academic experience is highly desirable
• Proficiency in the use of educational technology and digital teaching tools
