1. JOB TITLE : Performance Monitoring & Analytics - East and Karnataka

Reporting Manager : Regional Director

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Performance (40%) : Analyze revenue, review employee performance, evaluate incentives.
  • Compliance & Surveillance (20%) : Maintain client records, monitor trading activity, respond to surveillance matters.
  • Business Improvement (20%) : Develop MIS, execute action plans, report to CEO, enhance productivity.
  • Critical Tasks (20%) : Support yield improvement, implement client mapping, track expansion, update RDs.

Qualifications :

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 2 to 5 years in financial analysis / auditing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
