Role : Solution Architect

Required Technical Skill Set : Kinaxis / Rapid Response / Maestro

Desired Experience Range : 10 - 16 years

Must-Have

1. Hands-on IT experience in Kinaxis Maestro (Not end user experience).

2. Implementation Experience in Kinaxis Maestro with minimum 2 implementations.

3. Good Understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, Inventory planning and S&OP.

4. Ability to configure customized solutions in Kinaxis.

5. Experience in managing Kinaxis implementation projects and coordinating stakeholders.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Good-to-Have

• Certification of Core Level 1 in Kinaxis.
• SAP / Oracle ERP knowledge Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Good Team leader.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1. Understand supply chain planning challenges and provide expert guidance on implementing Kinaxis solutions.

2. Collaborate with project teams to develop business process designs leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.

3. Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.

4. Design, build, and configure applications using Kinaxis.

5. Understanding of data model of Demand / Supply planning / Inventory planning applications

6. Lead implementation, configuration, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.

7. Understand user issues in live environment and troubleshoot towards root cause analysis and permanent fix

8. Deliver the code development; conduct unit testing and SIT. Train team in Enhancing their Kinaxis RR skillset

9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed applications. Understand the implemented solution document.

10. Work independently with clients and lead small / Large size team
