Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Mentor located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Mentor will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. This role involves designing lesson plans, conducting assessments, providing personalized feedback to students, and helping them improve their employability skills. Collaborating with the curriculum design team and staying updated on the latest industry trends are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Problem-Solving
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Training, Mentoring, or Teaching, particularly in skill-based education
• Ability to design and deliver effective learning materials and assessments
• Familiarity with online tools and platforms to complement classroom training
• Knowledge of the tech recruitment landscape and industry hiring standards (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
