Manager - Fund Manager Support

Key Responsibilities for this role :

• Administration of certain Private Credit funds and mandates.
• Liaison with administrators, custodians, trustees and auditors of the fund.
• Liaison with various internal teams to ensure fund / portfolio details, trades and performance are correctly maintained and reconciled on internal systems.
• Production of fund information for quarterly reporting and other regular reporting.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate fund / portfolio information including trading cash balances and investment compliance models.
• Supporting new product design and launch, particularly regarding workflow and operating model.
• Assisting Fund Manager to address internal and external investor requests.- Assisting Fund Manager on ad hoc duties.
• Assistance in producing fund / portfolio information requested by the Private Credit client team for use in client meetings and to address investor queries.
• Participate in projects to improve information and reporting for fund managers and clients and assist in the streamlining of operational processes.
