Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI Developer who thrives on creating beautiful, intuitive, and interactive user interfaces . At Admaren, you’ll transform design concepts into seamless digital experiences that balance aesthetics with performance. If you have a sharp eye for detail, an instinct for user interaction, and the ability to turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thinking user-first, always.
  • Work closely with UX designers and product teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect translation of designs into interactive UIs.
  • Deliver responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces .
  • Optimize rendering performance for smooth, high-quality experiences.
  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and polishing UIs for reliability and usability.
  • Keep up with modern UI design patterns, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve our product experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer .
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.) .
  • Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards) .
  • Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs.
  • Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques .
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to maritime, logistics, or enterprise software domains .
  • Familiarity with JavaScript UI behaviors , animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (basic working knowledge only).
  • Knowledge of SVG, canvas, or lightweight visualization techniques .
  • Hands-on experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind) .
  • Agile / Scrum team exposure.
