The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts finalization, AP / AR, client communication, and team leadership, with hands-on knowledge of UK accounting standards and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead a team handling end-to-end accounting services for our UK-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finalization of accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L review, and month-end / year-end closing.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions – invoice processing, payment runs, and receivables follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for UK clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants;

conduct performance reviews, training, and workload planning.
