Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer with a strong background in Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building large-scale, reliable, and performant data pipelines. This role is a key technical leadership position, requiring you to not only design and implement complex systems but also mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the team. You will be instrumental in leveraging cloud technologies and DevOps practices to deliver scalable Responsibilities : Design and Architecture :

• Architect and implement complex, scalable, and reliable systems that meet evolving business requirements.
• Design and build large-scale data pipelines using Python and Java.
• Drive the technical strategy and standards for software development within the and Optimization :
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive and DevOps Integration :
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS to build, deploy, and scale applications efficiently.
• Integrate and leverage various cloud services to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications using Docker and Leadership and Mentorship :
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into detailed technical Skills : & Experience :
• 7-12 years of experience in software engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with a secondary programming language, preferably Design & Data Engineering :
• Proven track record of designing and building large-scale data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture & DevOps :
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and & Mentorship :
• Exceptional debugging and optimization skills.
• Proven experience in a mentorship or technical leadership Skills :
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Flink, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of other cloud providers like Azure or GCP.
• Strong background in data modeling and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
