Application / Product Architect - Gen AI

Brief about the position :

The role is to work as an Application Architect with a team responsible for development and delivery of an enterprise product (web-based portal developed using python, python-django, react and postgres with GenAI features). Backend SQL knowledge is also must have. Should have strong understanding with an ability to design and implement Generative AI applications.

Must have skills & competencies : Technical :

Python Expert is responsible for development and maintenance of code written in Python.

Strong ability to design and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAGs, Vector Databases, Graph Databases.

Experience with Prompt Engineering and Prompt Optimization. Familiarity of Fine-Tuning and deployment processes etc.

Ability to vibe code and are skilled in leveraging LLMs for code generation, refactoring, and boilerplate reduction.

Hybrid solution design combining traditional software logic (OOPs and design principles) with AI-driven intelligence.

Good working knowledge on branching strategies and release management

Should have good SQL skills and RDBMS knowledge

Be able to design and architect performant solutions looking at the stories given by the requirements team

Responsible for quality deliveries by ensuring the right processes around unit testing, code coverage and review are in place

Should be able to plan and estimate the stories beforehand based on the complexity of the stories

Should be able to discuss requirements, review the design and provide the necessary guidance to the team for successful execution

Should be able to track and report the sprint metrics, identify risks, assess impact on timelines, manage and mentor team

Behavioral :

Ability to handle dynamic requirements and multitask.

Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both onshore and offshore managers)
