Seeking a Strategic HR Partner

About the Role :

  • We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR operations and regulations to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and optimize HR functions.

  • MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in diversified HR roles, including HRBP, Operations, and Generalist activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR compliances, time management skills, and proficiency in ICT skills and MIS reporting.
