We’re a lean, ambitious team looking for an engineer who can help us scale Noah into a global product.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Flutter Developer (with Firebase / AI Experience) to join our team and work across the stack. You’ll own the Flutter app (iOS, Android, Web), while also contributing to Firebase backend functions and AI integrations.

This role is ideal if you love building end-to-end features, enjoy both frontend polish and backend problem-solving , and want to work on technology that changes lives.

Key Responsibilities

Flutter (Mobile & Web)

Build and maintain the Noah app for iOS, Android, and Web.
Implement chat UIs, voice call screens, authentication, and subscription flows.
Manage state (GetX) and modular architecture.
Support themes, localization (i18n), and app-store readiness.

Firebase & Backend

Write and maintain Firebase Cloud Functions (TypeScript).

Manage Firestore schemas for sessions, conversations, and analytics.

Handle authentication and session management.

Build payment / webhook integrations (RevenueCat, Stripe).

Set up analytics (Amplitude, Firebase Analytics).

AI & Voice Features

Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, OpenRouter, Bedrock).

Implement memory systems and context management for conversations.

Work with speech-to-text (Deepgram, Groq) and text-to-speech (ElevenLabs).

Integrate LiveKit for real-time voice sessions.

Requirements

Must-Have

2–4 years Flutter / Dart experience (iOS / Android / Web apps in production).

Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions).

Strong in TypeScript / Node.js for backend work.

Comfort with REST APIs, 3rd-party SDKs, and Git workflows.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to AI / LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Experience with voice / audio SDKs (LiveKit, STT / TTS engines).

Knowledge of subscriptions / payments (RevenueCat, Stripe).

Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase Analytics).
