CNC operator

Company Description

we have 13 CNC machine which is Fanuc control. company was started in 2023 with 6 CNC machines and in 2026 we are planning to add another 12 machines.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator based in Chennai. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and overseeing CNC machinery, performing machining tasks such as milling and other operations, and ensuring product quality through adherence to specified standards. The role also involves routine maintenance and inspection of machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration with the production team and maintaining safety standards on the shop floor are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and knowledge of Machinery setup and handling.
• Hands-on experience in Machining and Milling processes.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control principles to maintain the required standards.
• Attention to detail, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
• Vocational training or certification in machining or related fields is desirable.
• Previous experience in operating CNC machines will be highly valued.
