Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager for the Entrepreneur Club who will be the driving force behind creating an inspiring and collaborative environment for our students. This role requires a proactive individual to engage with members, foster connections, manage club activities, and drive enrollments.

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing events, ensuring students are consistently engaged, and supporting parents in understanding the value of our programs. You will also play a key role in guiding new students and families through the enrollment process, making them feel welcome and motivated to join.

Key Responsibilities :

Community Engagement :

  • Build and nurture a vibrant, active community of students and parents within the Entrepreneur Club.
  • Plan, execute, and manage weekly club activities, including workshops, networking sessions, and project showcases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, fostering an inclusive and engaging atmosphere.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer and mentor-student connections to strengthen community collaboration.
  • Gather feedback from students and parents to improve club offerings and enhance engagement.
  • Manage and moderate discussions on community platforms (e.g., forums, Slack, or Discord).

Enrollment Management :

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing them with comprehensive information about the Entrepreneur Club.
  • Conduct personalized consultation calls to understand student needs and explain the club’s benefits and structure.
  • Drive the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that boost enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments using the CRM system.
  • Event Coordination :

  • Organize and manage quarterly workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project showcases.
  • Plan and execute the Year-End Mini Startup Event , where students launch their startup projects and present to mentors, parents, and peers.
  • Coordinate guest speaker sessions with industry experts and entrepreneurs to inspire and motivate students.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 2–4 years in community management, event planning, education, or related roles. Experience in entrepreneurship, education, or ed-tech is a strong plus.
  • Passion for Education & Entrepreneurship : A genuine interest in working with students and fostering entrepreneurial growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and mentors.
  • Organizational Skills : Excellent multitasking, event planning, and time management skills.
  • Tech Proficiency : Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), community platforms, and collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
  • Motivator & Problem-Solver : A proactive attitude with a knack for building enthusiasm and addressing challenges.
