[19 / 10 / 2025] Performance Marketing - Customer Acquisition / GTM

Job Purpose :

We are looking for a seasoned candidate of New Customer acquisition to take complete ownership of our digital customer acquisition framework. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, data-obsessed leader who will architect and operate the engine that powers DMI's growth in the competitive digital lending space. You will hold the P&L for all digital channels and own our ambitious growth targets

Principal Accountabilities :

• Architect & Execute new customer acquisition strategy : Develop and implement robust, full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with our ambitious goals for loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Champion a Data-Driven Culture : Ideate and lead cross-functional efforts to reduce CAC and increase user retention by testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys.
• Set up, track, and optimize campaigns using GA4, Firebase, MMP platforms.
• Campaign Ideation and Execution : Build compelling, creative, relatable ideas that people notice and click. Lead and build a team of skilled marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and relentless optimization.
• Innovate & Stay Ahead : Pioneer new acquisition programs and champion a test-and-learn culture to unlock new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification required : Graduate

Qualifications preferred : MBA in marketing
