Job Description : Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern with hands-on experience in Non-IT . The ideal candidate should be familiar with sourcing and screening candidates for bulk and entry-level roles, along with coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process. This role provides solid exposure to high-volume hiring and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source relevant candidates for Non-IT through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate communication skills, job fit, and relevant experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accuracy in ATS / recruitment trackers .
- Draft and publish job postings for Non-IT.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Support recruitment reporting and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications :
6 months to 1 year of experience specifically in Non-IT recruitment.Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, , etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multitask efficiently.Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.What We Offer :
