Site Supervisor – Construction & Interior Projects (Chennai)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior and construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently — on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities

Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance

Maintain quality control standards and adherence to project specifications

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve issues promptly

Track project timelines, budgets, and material requirements

Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

0–4 years of experience in site supervision (interior or construction projects preferred)

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and handle site operations independently

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Certification in site management or safety training will be an added advantage
