Job Profile : Human Resource Intern
Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment and HR Administration functions. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes and day-to-day HR operations, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Experience : 3 to 6 Months
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Support :
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, and campus recruitment drives.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open positions.
- Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
HR Administration :
Support onboarding formalities, including document collection, induction scheduling, and maintaining employee records.Assist in maintaining HRMS / HRIS databases and updating employee information.Help in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, etc.Coordinate for attendance and leave records in coordination with payroll team.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.Qualifications :
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
