Head – Admissions (MBA / PGDM) | Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Admissions to lead and drive admissions for our MBA & PGDM programs at Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate will come exclusively from the education industry, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end admissions, building consultant networks, and achieving enrollment targets in management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute annual admission drives for MBA / PGDM programs.
• Develop and strengthen consultant, corporate, and institutional partnerships for quality admissions.
• Lead and mentor the admissions team to achieve defined targets.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to effectively handle digital leads and ensure conversion into confirmed admissions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new regions and segments for student outreach.
• Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and industry interactions.
• Ensure a seamless, transparent, and student-focused admission process.
