Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will lead the digital marketing operations functions, supporting multiple teams. Their primary responsibility will be to review and audit tasks delivered by AdOps, Programmatic, and Search / Social teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
- They will collaborate with the central Analytics team to build dashboards and deliver reports, ensuring data accuracy and insights generation.
- Key Responsibilities include owning quality metrics across all accounts to ensure error-free delivery, building and managing QA frameworks and review processes, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and tracking error trends for performance improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in team leadership, preferably in digital marketing operations or outsourcing setup.Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.Hands-on experience with QA frameworks and error analysis is essential.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.Bonus / Nice-to-Have :
Experience with process automation tools like Zapier, Make, or VBA.Exposure to offshore delivery and global client engagement would be a plus.
