Role Overview :

We are looking for a Project Head – Solar Films to lead the project from feasibility to full-scale implementation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in EVA / POE / TPO solar encapsulation film manufacturing and a strong understanding of solar module materials and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive the project from viability study to commissioning and production ramp-up.
• Lead plant setup, equipment selection, and vendor finalization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project execution.
• Develop key raw material and equipment vendor relationships.
• Define process, quality, and production standards for film manufacturing.
• Oversee technology transfer, trials, and performance validation.

Ideal Profile :

Education :

B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

Target CTC : 25 to 35 LPA
