■About Us

HAKKI Fleet Management Pvt Ltd is the India subsidiary of HAKKI Group, a Japan based finance and leasing company operating in Kenya, South Africa, and India. Across the group, we have supported over 4,000 taxi drivers through auto-finance and leasing solutions since 2018. We are also preparing for an IPO in Japan within the next two years, and the India entity is a critical strategic hub for that.

In India, as an official fleet partner with Uber, we currently operate a fleet of 300+ taxi vehicles in Bangalore. Our business model includes operating lease, driver management and fleet operations. Now we are expanding to Delhi.

■Key Responsibilities

・Designing and executing strategies to improve fleet driver performance and utilization, along with managing the Driver Manager team.

・Plan and execute sourcing strategies for continuous driver onboarding, including advertisements, marketing campaigns, and field sales activities etc

・Manage and guide the onboarding team, including individual KPI setting, performance tracking, and on-ground support

・Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure uninterrupted vehicle supply

・Negotiate and coordinate vehicle allocation, delivery, and pricing terms with partner dealerships

・Develop and maintain the vehicle supply schedule, tracking procurement timelines and ensuring alignment with fleet growth targets

【Must Have】

・English and Hindi

・Graduated university

・More than 3 years experience in taxi fleet company

・Experience management more than 10 members

・Ability to commute to the Gurgaon office

・Good PC skills (We mainly use Google Workplace)

・Basic knowledge for financials

・Understanding of vehicle procurement, registration, and financing processes

・Logical thinking

・Comfortable working in a startup environment
