Executive- Business Analyst [18 / 10 / 2025]

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct business analysis across service lines and verticals to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support leadership in strategy formulation through structured analysis, insights, and presentations.
• Evaluate key business performance metrics (ARR, CRR, CAC, churn, margins) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare detailed industry research reports on market size, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and sectoral opportunities.
• Track emerging trends in startups, GCCs, M&A, and transaction advisory domains; develop benchmarking studies to support client growth and fundraising.
• Build and maintain financial models including revenue projections, cost analysis, profitability assessments, scenario planning, and valuations.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction advisory, and sensitivity analysis for client projects.
• Develop investor decks, board-level presentations, and client briefing notes.
• Provide research-driven insights to support Transaction Advisory, Entity Management, and Compliance teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver inputs for MIS and management reporting.
