Non-IT Recruitment Specialist - US Staffing

About the Role :

We are seeking passionate and driven Non-IT and Light Industrial Recruiters with a strong understanding of the US staffing industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for light industrial, clerical, administrative, manufacturing, and logistics roles for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, identify, and qualify candidates through job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess suitability for various light industrial and non-IT roles.
• Negotiate pay rates and coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly.
• Achieve weekly and monthly placement and submission targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
