Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals related to risk management, compliance, and performance management.
  • Design and configure OFSAA applications, modules, and components to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and create detailed design documents for OFSAA solutions.
  • Implement and customize OFSAA applications, including data models, workflows, reports, and integrations.
  • Conduct data mapping, data validation, and data conversion activities to ensure accurate and efficient data migration into OFSAA.

Perform configuration and customization of OFSAA modules, such as profitability management, risk and compliance management, regulatory reporting, customer insight and analytics, liquidity management, and asset and liability management.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide guidance on OFSAA best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OFSAA applications and infrastructure.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest OFSAA features, enhancements, and industry trends.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an OFSAA Consultant or in a similar role, implementing and configuring OFSAA applications for financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) suite and its modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and Java programming languages.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent understanding of financial and risk management concepts, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Oracle certification in OFSAA is a plus.
  • Experience with other financial software and technologies, such as Oracle Financials, Basel III, Dodd-Frank Act, and regulatory reporting frameworks, is desirable.
