📌 What You’ll Be Doing

This role blends Operations and HR Coordination while giving you direct exposure to how a global consulting company runs.

• Maintain employee records and update internal systems.
• Support recruiting and HR processes (editing, scheduling, communication, coordination).
• Assist in creating process charts and workflow documents (Google Sheets, Lucidchart, etc.—training provided).
• Join global team calls, take notes, organize tasks, and follow up—you’ll often collaborate directly with US-based leaders and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the organization—you’ll help foster community and engagement in a remote setup.
• Reach out to current and former employees for updates, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
• Support internal staffing and recruiting efforts.
• Act as a key link between India-based teams and US-based managers.
