About the Role
QNOPY is looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual and communication design skills to help enhance and expand the visual identity of our product Order Penguin through engaging visuals and consistent brand storytelling.
This role focuses primarily on two key areas :
- Social Media and Marketing Visuals – Creating weekly design content such as posters, reels, short videos, and digital creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others to promote and advertise the Order Penguin application.
- Branding and Product Visuals – Supporting the team with visual identity development, including creating illustrations, icons, and UI graphics for the product, website, and other branding needs.
You will collaborate closely with the product, sales, and design teams to ensure that every visual touchpoint, from social media to the app interface, feels cohesive, modern, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media posts, reels, and short videos to promote the Order Penguin application.Create visual assets for branding, UI design, and marketing campaigns.Develop illustrations, icons, and brand elements for product and website use.Maintain visual consistency across different platforms and brand materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with brand goals and messaging.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in graphic design or branding (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).Send your portfolioProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools).Strong understanding of poster design, video design and editing, social media content, and branding.Solid sense of layout, typography, and color.Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with multiple teams.Why Join Us
