Are you passionate about driving commercial excellence in a high-growth tech environment? We’re looking for a Manager – Revenue Operations to join our team in Bangalore , where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and enabling scalable growth.
What We’re Looking For :
4–6 years of experience in management consulting , revenue / sales operations , or similar roles—ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
[Preferred] Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of GTM workflows
Experience with incentive / commission design , forecasting , and territory management
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and collaborate across teams
What You’ll Do :
Set and manage sales targets , design incentive schemes , and ensure timely payouts
Optimize sales territories and GTM workflows using tools like Salesforce , ZoomInfo , and Clay
Monitor key revenue and productivity metrics and deliver actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance
Lead system improvements and pilot AI-native tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ensure data integrity and support executive reviews with high-impact analytics
Location : Bangalore
