About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions for various client and internal projects. This role demands deep technical expertise in RPA tools, process analysis, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to deliver scalable and robust automation solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath or other automation platforms.
Create detailed solution and technical documentation.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical feasibility analysis.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability.
Ensure best practices are followed for security, logging, and bot management.
Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, new RPA tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with tools such as UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Proven experience in end-to-end RPA solution delivery, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and support.

Technical Skills :

Strong expertise in UiPath, including solution enhancement and BOT maintenance

in UiPath (REFramework, Orchestrator, Studio, StudioX).

Strong knowledge of process analysis, RPA design principles, and solution architecture.

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Python, SQL, or REST API integrations is a plus.

Understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies in automation delivery.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Team player with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Good-to-Have Experience :

Exposure to intelligent automation components such as OCR, NLP, AI / ML.

Knowledge of ITSM tools, enterprise security, or compliance frameworks.

RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Professional).
