On Ground Events Execution Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a sharp design sense, and the ability to integrate new-age technology into event setups.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects , including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.

Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.

Build and maintain a database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.

Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.

Maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.

Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring innovative and engaging designs.

Stay updated with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.

Skills & Qualifications

At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in event planning, production, or project management .

Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
