Job description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Content Strategy & Planning :

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (primary focus)
  • Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inspire fresh content ideas.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality content.
  • Video editing knowledge is a strong plus and a mandatory skill to learn over time.

    • Community Engagement & Brand Presence

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to maintain strong audience engagement.
  • Support online campaigns, contests, and live event coverage when required.

    • Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and website / social media traffic (SCO).
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize content and campaigns.

    • Advertising & Growth

  • Assist in running ads across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor ad performance and provide recommendations for better ROI.

    • Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
