The State Head - Fintech Inclusion will be responsible for leading initiatives to increase access to financial technology solutions for underserved populations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a passion for driving financial inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote fintech inclusion across the state.
• Collaborate with government agencies, financial institutions, and technology providers to drive inclusion initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify barriers to fintech access and propose solutions.
• Lead outreach programs to educate underserved communities about fintech services.
• Monitor and report on the progress of inclusion initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

• Advocate for policies that support fintech inclusion at the state level.
